About the ToT Chest

Actually i want to know if the items sold in that special chest is updated when:
- You are in the map of the chest
- Is 12 am PST.

Except i have been going at 12:02 and it still says they are out of stock, unless some how someone has entered every single room by 12:02. I think its just glitched, i ahev never been able to buy anything, no matter how early i have come.

What do you mean by every single room? There is one single room for all the ToT chests.

The chests are pretty much pointless, any good items in it will always be gone by the time u get there because of those people who stalks ToT in the morning for chests.

There's only 1 ToT Chest room. All chests found link to that one room.

Can you be in the room with the chest at at 11:59->12:00 and get the new items or do you have to re-enter?

the shop updates instantly, you do not need to re-enter.
but I believe the chest updates somewhere between 4 and 6 AM.

You can grab the new items if you initiate access to the chest again.
Here is a tip: people often stay in the hidden map and stay there until it restocks. I think it's the expedition search window or something like that, but through this window you can see who is in the map.

Does the items restock after a Sc or a patch?

I believe the items restock at random times, I once saw them restock at around 1AM, once at around 6AM or so, once at around 9PM.
