America vs Japan: X-men

Here are the openings for the X-Men: the animated series cartoon from the 90's (which i'm currently marathoning on Netflix). There is a... slight difference between the american and japanese versions.

Holy pomegranate. Was all anime like this in the 90's?
(though they did make Jubilee, Gambit and Professor X look like BAMFs)

This one, I just feel it doesn't fit at all...

Ir's really hard to find an American opening that surpases a Japanese one (for anime/cartoons), but the Original XMen's theme is really really good. Now the animations of the 1st japanese opening are really good too.

Quick, someone take XMEN american theme and paste it over the XMEN japanese opening to see what comes out.
