ok I need a bit of help -.- (changing icons)
#1
ok so I use Windows XP and my account is the admin account for MY computer.
Anyway I was wanting to change my Maplestory Icon since recently I came across Hazzy's post in a topic that he showed these alternate Icons for maplestory and a short way of changing them on Vista...
Well my problem is I am unsure how to do it.
Do the new Icons have to be in a particular folder?
I've gone into properties and into the "Shortcuts" part but it wont allow me to change the icon...
Find Target and Change Icon are grayed out =\ Advanced Options isn't Grayed out but it is useless =\
Any help would be appreciated

Try creating your own shortcut that redirects to MapleStory.exe? Haven't tried it myself, but I imagine that would work...

Elloz,

If you right click on the MapleStory shortcut, and if you look at the value for "Start in:" you should see it being something like: "C:\Nexon\MapleStory\" this is the reason why you can't change the icon.

Simply delete that shortcut. Navigate to C:\Nexon\MapleStory\ and right click on "MapleStory.exe" and select create shortcut. You should be able to change the icon to w/e now.
