Is White Awakening Stamp a non-event cash item now?

Any kms-er knows? Its still availabe at etc>game tabs. Also by searching it. If it is indeed a permanent addition, I would wait after the next patch to buy it since it may be on sale or packages.

The stamps were (and are) Empress Cygnus drops in KMS and GMS afaik.

I do not know if they are in the cash shop in KMS, as I imagine GMS is more of a money hungry whore than KMS.

The stamp in game is 80% success rate, no boom rate.
