Hero's Will Glitched (Aran only?)

On my Aran my hero's will skill will not work. It gives me the message "You cannot use this skill at this time" every time I try to use it. Yes I do have mp (it won't work even with my mp bar full). The skill icon on the quick-slot is not grayed out and the last time I successfully used the skill was over a month ago so there is no way it should still be in cooldown mode. However it continues to give me that message, but everyone else I have talked to still seems to have the skill working for them. So I'm wondering if anyone else here has this issue and it's only effecting Arans or if it is only effecting my character specifically.

I have tried using it in the dojo, against lyka in ToT, at HT, tried to use it randomly in hene, and in a few other places. The result is the same no matter where I attempt to use it.

Mine worked correctly yesterday morning.

Try getting a bucc in your party to time leap you. I had the same problem with recovery aura on my evan before and TL fixed it somehow.
