Level 30 Un-equipped Accounts.

Hey Khainians!

I was wondering if any of you out there had accounts that have a level 30 character that is completely un-equipped and nothing on it that you do not need anymore. I'm not going to be keeping it, I just need it for a quest I'm trying to get a certain item from.
