Gr2d
#1
Basically i cant open maplestory because apparently, I am failing to "find proper screen mode for gr2d".

Alot of people tell me to refer to "DxDiag" and enable Direct3D But i cant as you can see

Also people tell me to right click My Computer and goto hardware -> device manager -> "display"

But then when i get to my device manager there is no "Display"

Anything else i can do?
Something to do with drivers or something but i have no clue

...:::Help:::...

Go to your MapleStory folder and find Setup.exe in there, run that, follow the on screen instructions, and it should let you run the game.

That worked for me when I had this problem.

How the fish? You dont even have a display icon in your device manager?

Go to the FAQ sticky and get CrystalMark, run that and look for what it says about your video card. Use that information to find your video driver, google is your friend. Download that driver and install it. After that, restart your computer.

If it doesnt show up in your Device Manager under Display after following the above steps, (which should be there after you install a video driver), there is something REALLY wrong.

ugh, an S3 UniChrome, I had a problem with my S3 as well.

Now you gotta go thru the pain of finding the driver for it.

Google S3 UniChrome (VT8378) driver see what you find.

reboot your computer, keep pressing F8 during the reboot until you get to an advanced menu, select safemode and then log in (if required) then locate that driver set up folder, and try to install it there.

Did you do anything to your computer prior to getting this problem?
