My opinion : Haha! That's awesome! Maybe I'll go watch it.

My dad : That looks so stupid. It's a movie you'd wait until it comes out on DVD and not rent it.


Funny thing is, my dad is a die-hard fan of animated films. Why is he against this? Because it has video game characters in it.

You know, this makes me wonder if they're going to start bringing old, forgotten characters back into the spotlight. First with Kid Icarus Uprising (which was pretty much forgotten for what, 25 years until pit made it into brawl?), and now with this I can imagine lots of old games could get a reboot of sorts. Pac-man, Frogger, Q-bert, ghosts n goblins... the list goes on.

Also, bowser's reaction at 1:14, lol

Jane Lynch as Disney Kerrigan is a brilliant casting decision. Will watch.

Paper boy appears briefly behind the cherry eating scene, and The Pacman ghost... If you watch closely, it only moves horizontally and vertically, no other direction.

It's directed by Rich Moore (who worked on episodes of Futurama & the Simpsons) and John Lasseter is the executive producer of the film as well.

I have faith in this film.
