Saying that cutting off the male testicles would reduce aggresive behavior and stuff in all men might be true, but saying that it would erradicate violence, crime and such from the world is just a empty dream. If all men were castrated today and all became pacifists, it would just let room for women to take over their role and do that volent themselves.
Not trying to sound sexist but males being more aggresive and violent than women is what supress them and stop them from being the same.
