Gallant Battle Manual <Theory>

I was at PvP checking the emblem requirements for some of the equips you can buy and scrolled down to the Gallant Battle Manuals and found this:

Mine is lacking the Battle ATT :f6:

I bought it from a store in Windia and world transferred it here, but I can't remember nor do I have a screenshot of it when I bought it so I don't know if it would have for some reason lost the ATT with the transfer. Has anyone else got a manual without the Battle ATT as well? Not that it's hugely useful, especially seeing as pretty much no one PvPs in El Nido, it's just kind of weird.

Here are two of my friends manuals for comparison, but both have the Battle ATT on them.

Innocence scrolls fixed the items and gave back the batk, but since now said scrolls are untradeable.......

I brought a Practice Manual over from Bera a few months ago and it too has no Battle Mode attack.
