Short movie, not a scene. Still pretty sad though.

Saddest I've seen is from 5 Centimeters Per Second, but can't go find it. Too many memories tied to that movie that I don't feel like bringing back at this moment in time.

The original scene was pretty touching scene too, but this live-action version that I found recently was pretty cool and worth sharing in this thread.
