How much extra EXP does Empathy give you at its max level?

Just wondering. At Lv. 6 Empathy, I'm getting +1.5% EXP, so I was curious about how much it would give you at its max level (as the title suggests.)

30%, it goes up by 1,5% per 5th level.

I have level 100 empathy and it says 20.0%

I suppose it might have been changed to 1% per 5 levels?

Wait what? my empathy is level 55 and it says 16,5% o_O

It's not linear.

Nexon must have thought:

"Hmmmm 30% extra exp per quest is way too much, now people can get to lvl200 in less then 3 days. Not gonna happen! Nerf Nerf!!!"
