Cannot start KMS

Yesterday, KMS was all fine for me, yet, today, whenever I start it the screen stays black for what I assume is eternity. I just left it open for an hour and the login server didn't appear. Anyone cares to help?

Do you have your unicode set to korean?

Never heard of this happening. Do you have anything in the background that could effect KMS/hackshield in anyway?

Did you launch from the site or gamelauncher?

You should give full detail on how you got this error so itvcan be solved easier.

Used gamelauncher. Can't log onto nexon korea website so don't ask me to try that.

And nope, nothing in the background.
