is the reduction in shots per minute for an extra 30% per arrow really worth it?

because if it is, this class is crap

keep in mind they have 70 more DEX than the standard character at the same level. That means they're effectively 14 levels higher than what it says in terms of power.

They have other mob skills in second which seem to be useful, but since Cygnus FA is an active buff instead of passive, there's really no reason not to max it.

Well, they don't appear to have any useless skills, and just like archers they're 19 points short of maxing everything. I suppose you could take points from MB or Soul Arrow to max FA. Then again, if you're spamming Storm Breath, FA doesn't have much use.
