I do not enjoy disconnecting halfway through downloads 20 times per download when the speed is under 100KBPS. Especially not when I DL 1GB+ worth of HGames/doujinshi every couple days.

ITT: America shows how to promote a healthy economy by making other nations scared to deal with you in internet related business.

I have no other vent to relieve my sexual frustration, if you recall. We all have our crutches, mine is having happy time 5-20 times a day every day.

Well yeah, I won't get in trouble for it, but where am I going to FIND it now. I'm not gonna torrent hundreds of 50MB files, that's just silly!

Luckily, I saved everything I've ever liked in preparation for this day (aside from 100+ ep anime series; I only have a few TB of storage right now, and One Piece is now up to well over 150GB). I am ready for the internetpocalypse.

I recomend burning your internet cable for extra security... you are fucked if you are using wireless.

Wouldn't lrn2torrent or lrn2usenet be a better idea? Tongue

But yeah, USA fear-mongering at its finest. Rolleyes

EDIT: Ok, so torrenting was already suggested. Nevermind that then...

I'm not paranoid about being caught, I've already gotten C&Ds 3 times on this ISP; if they block me, I'll just switch to another one, they haven't upgraded their network in years anyway. I'm more worried about never having access to the content to begin with ;_;

I don't think we should be discussing how to obtain illegal content here, stop before anyone gets infracted or the thread closed.

Good point! Not like they are attacking any other filesharing method to this extent, at least not yet. edit:aside from torrenting, but that's been consistent for a very long time, lol.

Ohi, it was on the german newspapers. The owner of Megaupload is a german fatty that got fucking loats of epic cars (A Bentley Phantom,too, the motha fukn epic bentley), own helicopter, boat, villa, etc that went to new sealand I belive. He also got around 15 millions.
Anyway, they got all his cars etc.
Anyway, for those who hosted/downloaded illegal data with premium account, they're flucked. Normal download/host is goin' funny.

Ohhhh well~

Well technically, unless other nations are doing torrenting business with US, it won't have that much of an effect.
