Sounds okay i guess, think ill wait for a couple videos and such to make my final judgment, w\e though i mean ill hit 120 this weekend (I hope) then get to play with ship till this patch hits.
Edit: A lot of threads I've seen lately have gone into arguments between 2-4 people Rolleyes.

What does approaching do? Walk up to Cygnus, attack, Cygnus' AoE attacks everywhere, everyone dies.

ROFL, this quote made my day. And yes the paladin ability to tank dmg is a HUGE support to the party. I consider Paladins now the CRAZY REDNECK in the group in new boss runs, when in doubt just send the paladin in and get them to "poke it with a stick" while the rest of the party can sit back in safety and watch the outcome. I think a perfect macro for a paladin would be " Hey, watch this"

It's too early to say whether Vipers are truly screwed in the ass, but I have to admit, the loss of Super Transform is a big hit.

I couldn't even care less if they had just gotten rid of the animation and kept the buff, nothing in my book is going to replace a stackable 40 attack buff. I guess we'll just have to live with it though. I just hope this is an overall buff to Vipers than a nerf... because that would suck indeed.

Also, what the hell happened to Energy Charge's animation!?

I kinda like how Transformation went from Transformation to like some Inner Spirit that fights w/ you or whatever, just cause it's one less things to make brawlers' attacks all wave-y.

Before it was Normal, then Energy Charged, then Energy Charge With Transformation, or just Transformation. (Oh, and add in Stun Mastery)
With all of that, it's like, why even have mastery if you'll still have such a loose-goosey dmg range @.@

Now it's just w/ or w/o Energy Charge on, lot simpler, imo.

Also, I read somewhere that that Double Spiral move can be used together w/ Corkscrew?(or one after the other, something like that) That seems kinda cool.

Nevermind the giant energy wave they get.

The "inner spirit summon" looks retarded, that's the reason I don't like the throwing sharks skill on UA pirates... you're not actually doing the attack, you summon a little guy to do it, which is way less impressive. This way Buccs don't seem like a melee class, but as a class that summons a random orange spirit. I really hope they make improvements on these concepts.

Also, the energy aura looks retarded. Seems like they wanted to make a dragonball-like aura, but then wanted to give it the shape of a maple leaf, and they made a horrible horrible Frankenstein mixing both. Buccs less wave-y now? I'm not really sure, if just poking a monster automatically sets behind you that giant tacky aura...

I thoguth Nexon was bluffing with the "change everything except the names!" thing, and hoped so. Because changing the concept of the job for something else would upset people that picked the class for what they were. In this case, a melee job. Third job still looks dull as hell, too.

no one was complaining about having too man modes. Too many being 3 forms. It really isn't that hard. I think the goal for nexon was to make the skills visually appealing and what they did was screw the hell out of all of them and make them look extremely tacky and boring. Did I mention that It looks really really sad to have the transformation state thing just pop out with you for half a second when almost everyone using the character is used to seeing it ON their character? It's like Nexon is taunting us and saying "LOL we thought that this would be better for you guys, but just in case you don't like how we fixed things, you can look at the transformation state for half a second every second in all your attacks).

P.S. Failwave is still Failwave.

They get a Sniper Rifle?

Feck. I remember so many years ago when I said something like "If Nexon adds sniper rifles to this game, I may come back." Now look. Goddammit.

They stole snipe from marksmen(pretty sure it's the same description and everything) and it uses a Sniper.
