Playing Maple Global in Europe?

Well, actually i am traveling to visit some familiars 1 month to spain... but my question is: any recomendation of how to play maple there?
the past year i got a lot of problems not only installing and using maple... also entering the official page... because it seems that ANY person out of the american continent(that created his account after... i think... it was september 2009?) can't use global maplestory... also, my account was created in... beta? but it seems that only accept me in Perú...
I used Host Pot SHield last year but it was very lagging and annoying... it was an art to survive zakum >.>...

Being from Europe myself I have no problem playing MS. (account created before the block at... 07 I believe(?)).

- Installing MS doesn't have any kind of block even when downloading from Europe
- Visiting the global webpage doesn't have any kind of block either

A lot of european players used AOL desktop as a somewhat proxy/IP hiding device.
No idea if it still works. Try youtubing it.

With an account created before dec 07 (??) you can just log in on GMS as long as you have the client. If you created your account in beta, there will be no problem playing.

I can play GMS fine as well with an account created somewhere april 07.
