Hey, i spent $75 on karmakoin and it said its invalid

I bough 3 $25 and redeemed it... and it didnt work. I sent report and CALLED. no response yet

Make sure you selected the Karma Koin option instead of Nexon Game Cards in the payment options and try to separate the codes in 4-5 sets for you won't mistype it. If the code really is invalid then you have to go back to the store and ask them to activate the cards again as it is likely not activated..

I bought 100k NX today from a friend and it was Karma Koin so I Know for sure the cards are fine, just he mistyped the codes for me several times till I asked him to separate them in sets.

Poll is based on the assumption that it's broken for everybody, and you've hardly provided the evidence required for me to believe that.
