Yep, it is halloween and all of the candy addicted kids have come and gone already. We got like...20 kids, tops. I remember when it used to be around 150, and the streets were full. It seems like a ghost town now. 
Anyways, do you guys think there should be an age limit on trick or treating? I figure if they actually put some effort into dressing up and have a joke, then they are alright. I usually don't care for some teenage behavior as long as it isn't extreme/stupid.
So do you guys think there should be one? A county near my area put a limit of 8th grade or younger. GL enforcing that one, guys.
