is there really a good strategy for arans when pvping?
i find it extremely difficult because we cant assign any of our attacks to one specific key unless you binded your skill

there is only one if u dont have binded skills, recharge>tempest>die>recharge>tempest>die on and on

I think "requires 30 untradable emblems" is a decent reason to put off using it until you're sure the character can get those emblems.

Any character at any level can get emblems. PvP is designed that way. Having the recipe take up your use slots when you're going to forge it no matter what is silly.

Not much with the secret recipes s'hitting them out like no tomorrow.

The recipe, maybe, but not the belt itself thanks to lolemblem cost.
