[Ascension] Pirate PQ-related quests

Welp. Three quests have had their level limits removed as of this patch: Pirate's Map, Eliminating the Pirates, The Outlaw in the Sea. So, these quests are now possible for high levels. However, due to the changes, I'm quite uncertain on how to complete some of these.

1) It would seem that, from my few Party Quest completions since this patch, that a Lord Pirate chest spawns at the end of Stage 2, rarely. It requires the key, dropped by Lord Pirate (but according to Monster Book, it isn't listed) as always. I'm not sure what triggers the chest to spawn, nor do I know if there can be a 2nd that can also spawn. I'd also like to know if someone has confirmed Lord Pirate dropping a Key. Anyone?

2) Devoted Pirates. I've only spotted a single one in Stage 3 (which is now the door locking stage), after spotting a chest in stage 2. Could the chest trigger devoted pirates to spawn? Has anyone seen a Devoted Pirate elsewhere?

3) The Diary. I have yet to see one drop from the boxes in Stage 1. Has anyone spotted one? Does it drop anymore? Does it drop from a Lord Pirate chest?

tl;dr, is there a trigger to spawn a Lord Pirate chest, Devoted Pirates, does Lord Pirate drop a key, still? Has anyone spotted a Diary yet, and know if it still has a level limit of 100? Thanks.

Lord Pirate do drop the key. For the rest, I have no clue.

Also, is Peeking Lord Pirate still a thing?

I have yet to encounter one; perhaps someone else can say otherwise.

Edit: I.. think he was replaced by a rare, high HP Captain or Kru, which drops a bunch of potions and scrolls, in the last stage, before boss.
