Entering his home

This guy lives on the basement floor of my parent's apartment building and has built up quite a stash of cocaine.

Recently, I've begun to raid the outside of the apartment building under the pretense of being mad at my parents, who are the tenants in the apartment above his. I've done this at least three times a week. He still has the stash, and I want it. However, as he is in the basement, I am limited in my options that will get me in without revealing my true goal too early.

I would like to use the old standby of breaking the window, but I'd probably have to replace it and that is expensive. Furthermore, the window only comes up to my shins and I'd have to crawl through broken glass and I don't want to get hurt that much.

Implant stigmata into your body and then destroy him with your volt weapon/accel/tempest.

Get a Pickaxe and start mining the floor block by block

open or break the window then pee on the floor the pee will hit the cocaine, trying to save his cocaine he will put it all out the conveniently opened or broken glass to clean up so it doesnt get ruined. You can then take your chance to take the cocaine and run.

He may have a rocket launcher.
