Can't finish Knight's Virtue quest

I finished the quest the first day, but today, I can't finish it at all.

I've filled the bar at least 3 times, I've even beaten the lich boss that summons occasionally (and obtained a spirit box), but I can't get it to tell me that I'm done with day 2 or to show 2/10 in yellow.

Is there a counter somewhere to check if you have completed something?

There's a big yellow message that appears in the middle of the screen when you complete most quests.

I didn't get complete either. Should I have picked up another quest today? I didn't see any besides the one that just shows me where I can hunt.

I don't see any news for a server check, but even if there is one, I don't know how it'd affect me.

Maybe I have to wait 24 hours after the time I did it...

Is there anywhere a possibility in-game to check how many days are complete except for that yellow line?

I don't really pay attention to small yellow text on my screen when inside a group of lvl 160 monsters that can kill me in 3 hits...
