Ok i understand that the Golden stamp is Thank you josh for correcting my wrong information on the % of working 80% 2l>3l, but will it change the potential such as Unique>Rare?

For example: I have a Stonetooth that is unique 30% boss 6% att, if i use the stamp on it will it add just a 3rd line and not change the other 2 lines i have on it already?

No, it only adds an extra line, the other potentials will not change.
