Achilles is still a skill in the game, for Palies, after Jump, so its book will not be changing.
There's is no distinction between AFA for heroes or bowmasters in terms of the book, just like there's no distinction between BaM and Warrior stance. Concetrate books will turn into AFA, and it will work for both Heros and Bowmasters.
As far as needing to use new Mastery Books, no one knows for sure. You can't use Chains -> Phantom as an example, the kMS patch notes for Chaos said nothing about Chains becoming Phantom Blow, whether it did or not in game, I don't know. The difference is, in for the Jump patches, they explicitly said they would be transfering mastery level caps for certain skills, Achilles to Dark Impale, for example, this is regardless of whether or not they share the same skill ID. I doubt the same will apply here, but that doesn't mean it won't.
