Error 0x00010a01 (68097)

I've been having this problem for months and can't fix it no mather what I do. Every ten or so minutes, Maple just crashes and an error advice pops up. I tried downloading the Hack Shield patch Nexon uploaded on their site long ago, but that never helped. I'm on a laptop, HP, Intel Core i3 with Windows 7 Home Premium, 3 Gb RAM.

Not yet, but luckily I found that a random process was causing the error. Follow this guide to remove all of them:

I never tried the Identification part, lol.
