What is the best medal you can get?

i have a i/l archmage

I currently own the master adventurer one (+2 stats to all) and aiming for the silent crusade top rank one which gives +3 to all.

are there any medals out there that can be earned which top the stats of the silent crusade one that are currently attainable without a ridiculous amount of meso commitment? (like the town donation medals).

Mushroom Kingdom is a decent medal. But beyond that there aren't really any medals you can get anymore that will beat those you listed.

The only decent obtainable medals that I use are the Mushroom Kingdom medal and Quest Specialist medals (and now the Silent Crusade medal).

Saint Exorcist gives +3 all and it's a lot easier to obtain than the top Silent Crusade Medal.
Some of the trait medals give pretty good stats too, but you need really high trait levels. Like Lvl 100 in a trait for a medal with +10 main stat.

You listed three event medals that you can no longer get, and a level 200 medal that needs a ridiculous commitment. You might have answered the question but you answered it poorly and wrongly. Next time instead of just looking over the question real quick you'll actually read it instead of spamming random information.

Lv 200 isnt a huge achievement/commitment anymore so just aim for that

There are also three medals that can be obtained from doing Capture the Flag now. I'm not sure if they're only available for a short event, but they can be obtained rather easily and give +3 to all stats. There's one that requires the player to kill the five people that are carrying the flag, one that requires the player to capture the flag enemy flag a total of five times, and one that requires the player to pick up a dropped flag a total of ten times. While these don't top the Silent Crusade medal, they are easy to get and give almost the same bonus as the Quest Specialist.

You could try to get PQ maniac medal, it have 4+ all stat but the only problem is that it might take 1-2 weeks to get.

I can drop mine and the quest pops back up to retrieve it, so it isn't gone.

While both medals are able to be obtained they both require a massive amount of mesos and/or work, which the OP specifically stated he/she was trying to avoid. That's what Meta was saying.
