how do i enter hallowed ground 5? (looking for thunder monster card)

if someone's asked before and i missed it in my searches, please link..

i have also done google searches that came up with basil threads saying "u need to be in a party for the 5th option to appear". however, the thread was unresolved as the TS still couldn't get in / didn't post specifically how he got in.

i have tried:
1) creating my own party
2) joining an exped (von leon) and trying with myself and another person in the map in a 2 man party
3) being in a full party in vl exped with 1 other person in the map
4) being all 3 of party leader, party member, and exped captain for 2 & 3
5) changing channels as exped captain of full party
6) not being in a party at all

all to no avail, the option to enter thunder's map never appears. how the hell do i get in? (is it a map i could family tele into if someone else can enter it?)

you gotta complete some of chief alex's quests first

Need to do empress Cygnus prequests :o
Theyre really easy and take under 20 min, but the last ones are 170+

If you teleport to someone in there, it unlocks itself automatically too.
