Ultimate adventurer/miscellaneous questions
#1
I've been leveling a cygnus to 120 mainly for the blessing, and the closer I get, the more I wonder about an ultimate adventurer. I know at least for a while that Ultimate Adventurers had less health/mana and less inventory slots than regular adventurers, but I also heard about those being fixed. Do UA's have equivalent health/inventory now, or is it just the health, or hasn't it been addressed?

Also, I was planning on making my UA a strengthless gunslinger. Assuming I just make a new character instead, will I still be able to cap dexterity at 999 by 200 or will I not have enough points because of the points put in strength at job advancement?

Lastly, if I decided just to make a regular gunslinger, would I be able to do third job faster by doing the shark wave quest and using that to level or would I be better off just skipping it?

UAs don't have points put into their stats for a job advance. 4 dex thieves and stuff are possible.

The Shark Wave quest will probably take you longer than 70-80 will.

The lunar dew quest alone will probably take you longer than 70-80 will.

fixed. and a non-UA slinger will have 997 max stat, assuming you don't put a single point in str.

the only difference is you'll have 21 more dex all the way to like level 196 or something, and your str equips will cost like 4x more, but it's great to be str-less amirite?

That's what I was thinking. My question was more about if non-UA gunslingers can cap their dex at 999, which it sounds like they can't. Knowing how OCD I am, that's probably reason to make one even if they have the gimped health/mana/inventory (would really love if someone could confirm or deny that).

Anyway, I thought of 2 more questions.

1. How much base strength can a UA gunslinger have and still have 999 dex at level 200?

2. Do Galloperas still drop Eternal Bullets?

23 is the max base STR if you want 999 dex.

basically, if any of the job advancements before 50 gave you HP, you miss out on that HP, no idea if this still holds true.

Apparently the first and second job advancement give health, mana and inventory slots. I know at least initially that ultimate adventurers did not get that, but I heard various things about that being fixed. I guess I'll test and report back after making a successor if no one knows, but I figured someone would have a successor and should be able to tell just off of the inventory slots.

So if I just made a normal gunslinger, could I use AP resets to lower my base strength to 23, or would that not work?

Nope. You can't AP reset below the minimum.

Bleh. I guess I can't have everything. I'll go ahead and make the UA gunslinger since 997 dex max would bug me to no end and I'll report my findings on how severe the health/mana/inventory are when I get there. Sadly, I'm waiting on a server transfer to actually create the ultimate adventurer, so it'll probably be September that I can shine a little more light on it. Thanks for all the responses.
