So as long as the UMD thing is real / true, I'm totally fine with it.
It's one of the reasons I still have my DS Lite, because it can play GBA games.
Same reason why I'll get a Vita, if it can play PSP games.

What? That wasn't the Vita, that was the new European PSP. The Vita doesn't have UMD, it has a new type of cartridge (well, flash card), like the DS. And the Vita will be backwards compatible for digital downloads only (since it has no UMD), it will emulate the software, as it doesn't have the hardware specifically to "run" it.

Wow, I'm totally losing my mind. When you said "New PSP Model", I thought you were talking about the Vita.
