Sometimes he doesn't spawn, not sure why. I just change channels and try again and usually find him.

I am on an underpopulated server.

I had to do the VIP Tickets quest to find one. It wasn't that bad, took about 20 minutes to get the tickets.

I remember having completed all the Kerning Square quests and I never saw about a Vip ticket quest on my quest tab. What you guys talking about? D:

It's weird, I've only had trouble getting a Pianus. All the others have spawned and dropped within one or two (except Chief Gray, the fuckr). Still need Pianus, Goblin Kings, and that guy whose name sounds like a sneeze.
