Sure that due to sprites being, well, sprites they lose a lot of detail and thus the heart shape could have been lost but two things, one the wolf there has a red mark and the Aran mount as close to red it gets is brown and second theres also a bird in that artwork but Arans never gets anything like it, so I wouldn't use that as a reliable source unlike Mecerdes arrow which do have that symbol in-game and with Mir at least it looks like they tried to make the emblem which also appears in in-game artwork.

Speculation X is so much more valid than Y I heard. I think Mercedes symbol could be mind because it really just looks like a f'ucking head (and even then, only sort of). The OP concluded body based on the image alone. I find the image to be unclear and the theme of mind to be equally applicable to the image and incredibly more applicable to the class design and story. There are thematic fits for all the other classes, and imo mercedes doesnt fit body for pomegranate.

Dude was frozen in ice for some bullpomegranate amount of time that i forget, was sapped of his powers and memories, but still came out with his fight intact. That's heart with bossmode engaged. Also being a warrior his attacks are naturally up close and in your face. Something very thematically fitting with the theme of heart. He was also the first legend to "return." He was sure of himself and his cause even when he was weak. That's heart.

Actually the Aran reasoning had nothing to do with with anything else. So i haven't up and done it again. That was for my own enjoyment. Way to use it as an arguement to somehow poorly validate the possibilty of mercedes actually being heart in an arguement where my entire point is that her emblem is really not conveying anything clear and she could actually be mind. Except for the majority of her attacks which aren't melee by definition. But again. If you want to create that arguement for her in a serious fashion. Go for it. It only supports my arguement. If you want to make a troll arguement about something that isn't relevant to this discussion at all, by all means grasp at those straws. Conveying the weakness of why mercedes is body helps my arguement.

It's funny because i expect the pirate hero to be the first of his kind, and the theif to not remeber/be a successor along the lines of evan. Oh and they have to not be dipshit, weild crazy elemental magic with virtually every attack, and be an elf, and not CLEARLY BE SOMETHING ELSE. You know, the other possible reasons that are f'ucking obvious as to why any class could be something not established for sure at this point.

I don't see why you have to bring it up and smash it down to THEN rush it. Use everything after the smash down part and make any monster behind that one be pushed back into a nice pile and you've got a telekinetic rush for the thief legend.
