KMS installer error

i tho while GMS is down maybe check out KMS (havent played for LEAST 3yrs)
and when i dled the installer
it kept giving me error "Cannot Load Dll!"
any1 noe solution to this?

There are other dedicated sites for this sort of thing like EllinForest.
