That place I believe was Rien before it froze up by the Black Mage.

The island was frozen around Afrien. Then broke apart from where Aran was.

I thought they went at the Black Mage as a group of 5?

Freud and Mercedes mention the "other heroes" going along first in their conversation I believe.... I am not 100% on that though. More like 90%.

Well, judging by the first video, my theory of the plot is comming together. The Black mage is behind the last door, the door to the present, whether or not in the plot he tries to reawaken the Time Goddess to destroy the world is all thats left I guess. :/

When i was told that your last enemy and the climax of Mercedes' adventure was a fight with an "Orca boss", i imagined an epic battle at a sea themed map, with a chaotic atmosphere agains't a hugle orca whale.

But then i figured out you battled a girl in her room in Edelstein.
Got kinda disappointed.

The "past" video was pretty epic. I hope they have good english voice actors for us though.
