What the heck is going on?

it started yesterday, almost 24 hours ago. i played my main character (pninit) and suddenly had huge lags and dced. after that whenever i logged in i just got into a huge lag 3-5 seconds after landing in the map i was in and dced. sometimes i couldnt connect to bera after dcing or it told me im already logged in.

i went on all my other accounts (i have plenty, lol) and i had no lags at all. i tried using my other computer, same problem. only my main is lagging. it became a bit better today, now i can go on for about 10 secs and then i start lagging heavily, but i only dc after like 30 seconds if the lag doesnt end. i used that time to move around the maps, to make sure that its not the map i was in, but nothing helped. im now in henesys, 24 hours after, and still exactly the same: my main is lagging heavily, all the other accounts have no problem. i asked some of my guildmates and they said they dont have any lags and that they never heard about that problem.

i also went on my two mules, which are on the same account and server as my main, and no lags at all.

help?

I've been getting random lag outs as well... The only one that happened to me was in APQ, which managed to get me into the blacklist of the whole party, apparently... :p

And yeah, it was without lagging before or after that, without a warning. Happened again on the same day, but hasn't repeated yet. Odd.

i cant play for already a day, and all my other accounts are working...
i never had that sort of thing...

The same thing happened to me two days ago, d/c'd right when Horntail (main) spawned and couldn't stay connected after that.

Edit: I stayed logged off for a couple hours after that though, and was fine when I got back on.

Wow, sounds similar to a problem I've heard about with people lagging and disconnecting while being in certain maps. Obviously that's not your problem because you said you left the map already and went to town... please post back if you figure out how to solve it!

Did you try posting a trouble ticket to Nexon? (Well, it couldn't hurt...)

im tired of sending tickets to nexon....
they never respond, and then i have to wait like 5 months untill they bother closing my ticket so i can open a new one.

Just to be sure; Are you keeping everything off (in terms of other programs and stuff.) when logging onto your Dragon Knight? I've never heard of such a thing like that. Either way, best of luck.

Wow, harsh. I feel sorry for you. If I got blacklist'd everytime I D/C'd while in an APQ, I wouldn't be able to APQ with anybody. (I have a really crappy computer, but I still try APQ--mainly for quick cash.)

Anyways, I'm actually relieved to read someone(s) else(s) are getting this too. This has happened to me numerous times, and I don't know why. It really gets me mad, it's just so annoying.

yea, its those lags that first make all the objects on your maple window screw up (like your hp bar flying to the top left) and then you get "unable to connect to game server"

Glad to hear your lag problems got "fixed." Sounds pretty odd. o-O.

Completely off topic, but still funny: I was lagging like hell once in aPQ and I didn't DC, but some guy did who never lagged. It was so odd. o_o.

I had that problem too. I was himeing with a priest friend and both of us lagged out. I tried to log in - lagged out in three seconds. Tried again - lagged ou tin three seconds. Tried logging on a different character - lagged out in three seconds. Tried logging on yet ANOTHER character - worked. Tried logging in my main - worked.

That was... weird. At least it didn't last long for me.

This for me only happens in CPQ

I lag, get normal for 5 secs, then DC.

I just scrolled a decent nocturnal staff and im trying to sell it, and well i keep dcing in shop every 30 seconds.
maple isnt even going on for me right now.
Like the screen w/ PLAY on it isnt even coming up

i've found that restarting your comp fixes the problem with maple not starting (something in the coding causes it to hang and a restart gets you out of the infinate loop) but the lagging i've been seeing it lately too might have something to do with that monster crystal even t and the activities associated with it... (i don't know anything about it so don't pm about it)

anyway a reconnect with your modem/network and a restart/relog usually fixes lag problems for me

Is it on your 2nd APQ run? o.o
Cause you lag like crazy if you save a ticket and go APQ twice w/o restarting ms.
