How does "Enemy DEF ignore" skill/potential work

Example: Dual Blade's Phantom Blow ignores 20%

So if a boss has a PDR rate of 50%, it ignores 20% of the 50% which is.. (0.2 * 50) = 10%
So the reduction is now 40% right?
And lets say if I have a dagger and katara, both have ignore 30% defense when attacking
So is (0.2+0.3+0.3)*50 = 80
So the reduction rate is now only 20%?
So all damage has a 0.8 multiplier against bosses?

QUESTION 2

And the 4th job thief skill Venom, does it work on bosses?
It stacks up to 3times which is 420% damage every second?

And the Dual Blade Final Cut buff, which scenario is it?
Example : I use Phantom Blow
1 : 105% * 2.4
2 : 105%+140%

The Paladin's Blast skill has a 20% chance to ignore defense
Is that the same as 100% chance to ignore 20% of the mob's defense?

If I got 83% avoid rate against pink bean, and I got another passive skill (Mirrored target) that gives me 20% dodge chance, does that make me 100% unhittable by Pink bean?

Venom works on bosses but doesn't stack, also the timer's short for some reason.

As for Blast it seems to be ignoring 20% of the monster's def same as Phantom Blow and such.

Another question : For Paladins, if they dual charge lightning + holy and fight against a lightning and holy resistant bosses (-50%, example pink bean) , will their damage be reduced?
