Pirates

I remember the last time I said this, no one ever said a positive thing toward the thread. All I received was about 10 pages of pure hate.

It's because it's still a clunky playstyle with the bigass delays, which automatically made them suck. They want to make Buccs a combo class again, they gotta let most of their skills either be able to cancel into each other and/or make the slow attacks lightning fast.

Mechs don't seem as op as they were before now that we have DBs lol. And if I compare them to other classes that got buffed with Jump, I think they are fine now. Would like them to change Satellite Safety so that it works only with atks above ur 100% HP though, dunno what they were thinking. Why would I need protection against an atk that does 2k dmg?(30%of max hp or w/e, forgot the % number).
Sairs are fine, but some pt buff skill would be nice, and a bit of a damage buff if you want them to be like Mechs, but I think they are fine with Octo. They are not that weak at all even if we compare them to mechs. Problem is they can only attack, while mechs can attack and give a nice atk pt buff. Giving them something like a pt buff, maybe % ignore defense for your party or something like that would be a good idea.
Buccs...ya, I suppose the job is fun, but it definately needs a damage buff. Not sure about Canon Shooters, but job looks fun.

I hate pirates. Why didn’t you guys who made pirates spend 1000's in the cash shop. You started this whole separate cash shop tomfoolery with your cheapness.

I love Pirates because they represent a time when Nexon/Wizet still gave a pineapple about balance. Now they need a buff pretty badly, otherwise no one's gonna play a non-Mechanic Pirate and MSEA has a serious shortage of Pirates for Crimsonwood Keep PQs.

It's KMS pirates' fault They don't spend money on NX like people do in GMS :C

The only Pirate that can complain is Bucc. Corsairs have not a single thing to complain about seeing as NL's have it 10x worse than they do. After I see an NL and Bucc revamp then i'll care about what a Corsair has to complain about.

Wait, what? The separate cash storage crap didn't start until the Knights of Cygnus came into play. Pirates never had a separate cash storage.

I still like to play my bucc. I really don't care to level a character all the way to 159 again, anyways.

It was implemented BECAUSE pirates didnt bring in as much profit as nexon wanted.
That doesnt mean that the pirates are to blame though, lol.

I've always had the fear that if Buccs ever do get buffed that it'll be the biggest bandwagon we'll ever see, cause EVERYONE, I dare you to find one person that doesn't think Buccaneers are at least cool. Everyone knows they look awesome to play and they are, maybe Nexon thinks the same, if they're buffed everyone will want a Buccaneer! But I digress these are just my random thoughts, hopefully they buff Buccs soon though.

Buccs are like the worst class in maple to me, they are so boring. I made one WAY back in the day when they first came out...I said never...again.

Well it does exist in MapleStory, and it's only an insult if you take it that way. Not here to discuss it on a moral level, was just giving my 2 cents and a random thought.

I have a 103 outlaw, 120 mech and a 130 bucc.

I think that:

• leveling an outlaw is more annoying than a marauder;
  
• mechs are okay, but overrated;
  
• buccs are awesome. I love my bucc
  

Not going to make a cannoner though. They seem pretty boring to me.
And, yeah, I too feel that when buccs get a buff, it's gonna be the most bandwagoned class ever. :/
