The best videos are the ones that are purely video and in-game audio.

I find tournament vids with audio pretty entertaining, usually~

Also, people like myself who put up videos from KMS(T), JMS(T), GMS(T) and whatnot will be felons and such videos will no longer be allowed. Thus, a good portion of the information we get on this site will go away. :<

You guys are forgetting that this will effectively kill live streaming as well.

The bill will never pass because...
1. It's too broad.
2. It's hard to enforce (similar to jailing people for illegally downloading music)
3. (Personal) It's stupid.

Bills like this usually never get through because not everyone in Congress is a complete idiot. Congress is stupid as a whole but there are some rusted pennies in the garbage.

I have my doubts that streaming or uploading gameplay is copyright infringement, with or without the bill. Is there any precedent?
