latin help.

so i'm having twin rings made today for me and my gf and since we live far apart we want to engrave a certain sentance onto the rings but we don't want it in english because well.. english is borring , latin sounds epic and that way less people know what it means.

we want it to say either "patience is our key" or "patience is the key to our happiness" something on those lines except in latin.

if anyone knows what the correct way to phrase that would be it would be really appreciated.

For patience is our key:

''Patientia clavis nostrum est''

And for patience is the key to our happiness:

''Patientia nostri fonteii clavis est''

I'm pretty sure I got that right. It's been more than 2 years that I stopped studying latin. Hope that helps.
