Pendant of the Spirit at LHC

This has probably been posted somewhere already but I managed to miss it, so for others who also did:
The Pendant of the Spirit sold by Inkie only gives bonus experience for kill exp. Not party bonus. This means that in LHC, where most of the experience we get is party bonus, the pendant does a lot less than one might hope.

For example, for a solo kill of a bearwolf (in a full party with HS) I normally get 53k+150k exp. With the Pendant of the Spirit charged to 20%, I got 53k+10k+150k.

For me, this level of exp boost is not worth taking my HTP off. Your mileage may vary.

So to sum it up, use the EXP pendant if you're leeching. Use your MoN or HTP if you're attacking. Okay.

does it take regular training any close to LHC partying? Because I would love if I could go to lets say oblivion 4 and train just a bit slower if it meant I don't have to worry about kS'ers or finding a party.

I get about 45m exp/hr at LHC with my regular party.
Haven't tried Oblivion recently, but last I was there I was getting 7m exp/hr. Let's suppose my kill speed has doubled since. 14m. Plus 30%, let's round up to 20m. Still doesn't even come close to 45m.

With 2x event, I was racking up about 34k with guild bonus + HS + pendant. Purely optional for people then, but this is based on castle golem exp. On avg my BaM does about 60m+ exp per hr with reg party with no pendant. With family rep buff + guild exp + pendant its about 20k exp per kill, kind of small alone but it picks up over time for me. Still feels worth it even though sacrificing MoN or HTP. Must really depend what you lose form missing a HTP then, I only used it to fill my missing luk for BaM and stuck with a stat I don't need right now on it.

I really wanted to use one while training today but without my HTP and with MW30 I was 8 Luk short and couldn't figure out a way to get +8 Luk without sacrificing more equips
