I know a lot of people don't like leeching (including me) but in this case, were i own and trained my own arch mage, i'm wanting to use him to train my thief (lvl 31) i have no idea if it's possible or what level it is possible to do it at. if anyone has any experiance in this it would be good.
Thank you in advance

The monsters up until around lvl 70 aren't really good for partying. The monsters from around lvl 70-80s have extremely terrible hp/exp ratios.
Somewhere around mid 80s is a good time to start leaching. Gobis are around that level, but since you're a mage, that won't exactly be a good map to use ultimates in. Like Kranzor said, when you can leach wolfspiders, then go there (hey they're around lvl 80 too)

If you can go on boss runs, anything you can survive that casts physical immunity is good (no accuracy is required to do 1 damage during immunity, so you can leech at any level). Dunno if that works for Thieves though since their HP is pretty low and it's mostly the strong bosses that have physical immunity.
I'd say it's not worth leeching until it's something your Arch Mage would consider training on alone (possibly Harps or Wolf Spider, though the new Windraiders are good too - esp. on the first cliff level they spawn in huge mobs. Trade-in from the ninjas should be available though, no point collecting badges otherwise) I think you can dark sight it up to the cliff...
