Brand new game in Japan - it apparently was released in February. It's a third person shooter game that's, obviously, played online.

This game looks kind of fun.

Already out for EU (you can play in US on there too)

Its called Microvolts.

I tried it when it was in Open Beta and it was really laggy and pretty unfair for new players, considering you can just enter a room with free space and immediately get sniped by some guy sat on the other side.
