Despite er'one in existance hating it, I enjoyed FF XIII quite a bit. Others I liked:

Persona 4
Shin Megami Tensei:Nocturne
FF XII,X,IV
Kingdom Hearts I, II, and BBS
Disgaea 3

The entire PS1 RPG gallery. lol

Ones I remember the most though.
Legend of Dragoon (unmistakable)
Xenogears (same as above)
Suikoden 2 (Just awesome.)
Tales of Phantasia (battle system = fun)
Lunar 2 (cheesy, but still awesome)
Grandia (see above)
Star Ocean 2 (<3)

IMO, Abyssion was pretty easy compared to some of the other Tales bosses out there. For some reason, I find the older Tales games to be more of a challenge on Mania. lolhitstun

Lufia II. I've played and beaten hundreds if not thousands of RPGs over the past 20 or so years, but that game will forever be my favorite. On a related note, I would like to have the person who designed the DS remake's balls in a jar on my desk.

Probably the hardest Ys game I've played so far, even if I've only played two. ;_; The music is f`ucking awesome though. Falcom Sound Team JDK does a great job at the music in all of the games, it's usually the music along with the slash&hack that makes it a great game.
