Gaming Thumbs
#1
So today i started my new job, and in this job i have to use my fingers a lot.

Mostly i was using my thumb and index finger, and my index finger would keep hurting due to friction burn from the vigorous rubbing, but my thumb would not!

I quickly realized why my thumb doesn't hurt... because i've been gaming for so long my thumb has toughened from button mashing, therefore i can do my job faster and more efficiently without pausing because my thumb hurts.

Therefore gaming is good for you, and should be something employers look for when hiring. that is all.

My whole hand is tougher than normal because of years of Judo. Hard hand work like farm work will get you tough hands WAY faster than gaming.

Eh? My father's father breeds cattle and my mother's father grows soy, corn, etc.
I've had my time in the farm.

Quote:All those years on the couch playing Nintendo and PlayStation appear to be paying off for surgeons.

Researchers found that doctors who spent at least three hours a week playing video games made about 37 percent less mistakes in laparoscopic surgery and performed the task 27 percent faster than their counterparts who did not play video games.
