Who do you turn to when you're depressed/upset?

When I am depressed or upset I usually talk to my friends or just listen to music.

I don't do anything. It's very unhealthy, but I can usually just will anger and depression away quickly with minimized collateral damage.

When that doesn't work, I acknowledge that I can't do anything about it and go about life as usual, if more snarky or pessimistic, until it wears off.

what's snarky? i looked it up in a dictionary when my science teacher used it last year and it said that it was a fictional creature that is a combination of a snake and a shark... and i don't think that's it

Porn. Hentai. Jacking off.

I'm rarely either of the above mentioned. If I'm upset (if you mean angry?) I'll generally get over it within an hour or two of just continuing on my day, don't recall being depressed before, but I confide in my friends and rarely my mother when I have worries.

 Spoiler

well;
lately i have been going to my best friend. we have alot in common and he's an easy person to talk to. he understands everything and is a good listener.

at my job, we always talk about this. they come talk to us, and we usually have to ask if they have someone to talk to when they're down or feeling bad, alot of people usually say their boyfriends and girlfriends. but alot of times people say their dog, too. (: ahaha

I usually talk to my boyfriend about what ever's bugging me, or I write it out in my journal if it's something I don't wish to discuss with anyone else. Usually when I'm depressed/angry I end up cleaning my room... and I'm usually a messy person.

If things go wrong I turn to my priest and ask for Biblical interpretation of why my life is like this. If the priest doesnt give me a good answer I turn to another religion, usually Budhism.
