What does Decent SE do for a Hero?

Time to replace my gloves, and I'm wondering whether Reverse are worth the extra cost.

So, how much does a Hero's DPM go up with Decent SE?

With an explorer critical ring, I believe it's around 3.4% boost from 15%->25% crit rate. Still haven't found the true critical formula for advanced combo so that figure seems to be even less from observation.
