How do i start UA quests?

im level 120 DW, and i don't know how to start UA quests.... ><

and the only cygnus quest i haven't done is mimio quest..

Did you do all the quests for the medal for echo?

You get a lightbulb from Neinheart when you hit 120. Then you go to Jade in El Nath. Then get a Black Scale from Zombies. (Coolie or Miner). Then I think you can do the rest.
