Court's ruling in funeral protest case restates First Amendment principles

While it is true that they had the right to protest under the First Amendment, at least the justices could've added something to their ruling to indicate that these types of disruptive, disrespectful protests would not be tolerated or something along those lines.

But the law sort of requires it be tolerated, so that's sort of...yeah.

Will the public cry foul if they all get lynched? Sources say no.
Will the law care? Almost definitely.
It's not like we can pick and choose which rules to enforce and follow, because incarceration, fines and execution.
