Few questions:
1. When they will get NLC?
2. It will be same as our NLC?
3. Will they take the ITCG NPC from lith horbor to NLC or make any changes?

It was announced during summer holidays.

They're getting NLC sometime this year. And will it be the same? Doubt it, they'll have less iTCG NPCs, and I'm quite sure the potions everyone orgasms over will cost more.

we got jipang, even though that used to be a jms exclusive.

No. Exclusive means that it was in that version first. (excluding the areas from KMS obviously) Every version will get every area/content eventually, though the exclusive ones will be nerfed.
