Simple suggestions for any 4th job BattleMages that are lost x] ~ this isn't level by level guide. Feel free to bash it. It's here to help all battlemages x] . ~ These are from my experiences.
From Lvl 120 :
1 Adv Dark Aura, 1 Dark Genesis, 1 Finishing Blow, 1 Twister Spin, 1 Party Shield
One on most skills, for fun of course !!Then you can either max advance dark aura or finishing blow depending on your availability on skill books.
Reason is obvious, those are your main training/attacking skills. After maxing those two skills, you have some options.
1. If you stingy about pots and scared of dying, max Energizer first, it's only 10 lvls. It gives awesome defence and extra HP.
2. In my opinion, Stance would help a lot if you plan to train at dark cornians ( the hidden map at the bottom right of red turtles ) You dont need to max it to be useful, some points in Stance is good.
In the end you want to have max energizer and some points in Stance. From here, I would say it depends on your playing style. However, I DO NOT RECOMMEND putting any points in advance yellow aura. Why? Because it d/cs your party members, full stop. ( as of ver 0.94 )
So skills remaining to max are Stance, Dark Genesis, Twister Spin and Maple Warrior, Party Shield, Hero's Will.
From my experience, I would max/high level Stance and max Twister Spin after. Since, I go bossing every now and then, stance helps a lot. Twister Spin is just awesome =p for survival, legit god mode every 20 seconds x] ~ damage isn't bad either ( combined with tele mastery ). There are disadvantages thou, damage reflect killed me at chaos ht, sooo it's not really 100% god mode

Also, I have been experimenting training with Twister Spin, and for me it's pretty fast. Start from the top, and tele your way down, dark shock ( killing left overs ), kill some mobs, buff up, go up and u're ready to twister spin ur way down again. ( this is at obv 4 ) + dark gene every now and then x] .
Also, it's not very easy to get the mastery books on twister spin, so if you cant get it dont save up, use it elsewhere and keeeeep on leveling x].
Maple Warrior isn't really a priority for me. If you party train or boss, most people have MW. A word on dark genesis, for me i left it at lvl 5 ( 1 OHKO most monsters ) same with dark shock, so the extra damage doesn't really matter to me.
1 on hero's will if you a major bosser, or if you rich and can afford wheels, use that 1 SP else where.
The rest of the skills is up to you how you wanna allocate. Party Shield is helpful for random reasons, but it should not be one of the first skill to max.
Honestly, I dont know how useful max Advance Yellow Aura would be if they do decide to fix it up and since they screwed up Body Boost, I wouldn't be able to reset that back to 0, so no yellow auras for you warriors.
